Made of felt, neoprene and leather, the Pénélope Pro 1 Back pad has great shock absorbing power and guarantees the comfort and protection of your horse's back.

This high quality back pad consists of 3 layers:

• On the horse side, there is a thick, perforated felt to absorb shocks and facilitate the evacuation of perspiration during riding. Felt is a very dense material that does not settle and guarantees the effectiveness of this shock absorber over time. It will shape itself as you use it.
• On the saddle side, a full grain leather that favours the grip of the saddle and improves the longevity of the Penelope Pro 1 Back Shock.
• Between these two layers is a thin layer of neoprene that reduces the impact on the back for more protection without distancing the rider from the horse. This neoprene middle layer is cut out at the withers, it does not cover it to allow for extra space where needed.

Breathable and cushioning, the Penelope Pro 1 Back Pad has large panels to better distribute pressure points under the saddle.

Made in France and one size fits all, it is perfectly suited to mixed and jumping saddles from size 16''5 upwards.

The Pénélope Pro 1 back shock absorber is stamped with the Pénélope logo on the left side.
